1.FOB Pricing Basis: The quoted price is usually in the FOB (Free On Board) format, based on major Chinese ports (such as Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen). This means that the price includes the cost of transporting the goods to the port and the loading fees. However, it does not include the following items:
Maritime freight / Air freight
Marine insurance
Import duties and taxes (in your country)
Customs clearance fees
Domestic transportation (in your country)
2.Significant Variability: The above range is only a schematic description. The specific quotation requires detailed specifications:
Kilovolt-Ampere / Megavolt-Ampere Rated Value: Exact capacity.
Voltage Ratio: Primary Voltage and Secondary Voltage (for example, 110 kV / 33 kV).
Vector Group: For example, Dyn11, YNd1, YNy0+d.
Frequency: 50 Hertz or 60 Hertz.
Efficiency / Loss: Required no-load loss (P0) and load loss (Pk), which are usually specified according to standards such as IEC 60076 or customer-specific limitations.
Cooling Method: ONAN, ONAF, OFAF, etc.
Splitting Range and Type: Is it using loop splitting switch (OCTC) or load splitting converter (OLTC)? Range (for example, ±10% divided into 16 gears).
Insulation Medium: Mineral oil, synthetic ester, silicone oil, dry type (resin).
Protection Grade: Protection grade marking (for outdoor use, it is IP55).

3.Raw Material Fluctuations: The prices of copper and electrical steel (core) are the main cost drivers, which may cause price changes monthly or even weekly.
4.Manufacturer Level:
First Level: Large and internationally renowned manufacturers (such as: TBEA, China XD Group, SPX Wujiang) - Higher prices, excellent quality, numerous certifications, longer delivery cycle (delivery time for large equipment is more than 6 to 12 months).
Second Level: Mature export-oriented factories - Competitive prices, excellent quality, good reliability for standard designs, shorter delivery cycle (3 to 6 months).
